Hi, I can understand this problem is quite worrying for you. Sweets should not impact hemorrhoids. The way in which to improve your condition is to avoid constipation. You should drink plenty of water and keep well hydrated. Eat foods high in fiber as hard stool will make going to the toilet even more uncomfortable and will also cause damage to the anal canal and bleeding. I would recommend using Annusol suppositories or gel applied directly to the anus. Ensure that a doctor examines you as there are different types of hemorrhoids and he/she an monitor your condition and prescribe medications. Occasionally surgery is required. Hope this helps.
