Understanding your concern. As per your query your child have symptoms of blood in stool in an infant which s mainly because of hemorrhoids and fistulas, constipation, hard stool passage, excessive straining during defecation. Need not to worry, it is very common among children. Staining during defecation should be decreased by increasing fibres in diet. You should start taking fiber supplements, such as psyllium or methylcellulose, with fluids may help control constipation. Water intake should also be increased. Laxatives can also be used. If problem still persistis you should visit a gastroenterologist and start treatment after complete examination and prescription.
Hope your concern has been resolved.
