What Causes Blood In Stool, Nausea And Headaches?

Hello ive recently been having blood in my stool started around 2 months ago and happens every week or so. I feel constantly sick either headaches or nausea laying down makes it worse and so does eating. I get sharp pain in my sides sometime and bad acid reflex

Hello,

Blood in stool is seen in the following conditions:
1) Hemorrhoids
2) Anal fissure
3) Inflammatory bowel disease
4) Ulcer
5) Colorectal cancer
6) Diverticulosis and diverticulitis
7) Crohn's disease
8) Radiation therapy etc.

Kindly consult a physician or a surgeon regarding blood in stools. It may be a first sign of something dangerous. Nausea is mainly due to gastroesophageal reflux. Headache with nausea suggest:
Low glucose levels
Low blood pressure
Tab. Ondansetron 4mg can be taken for nausea. Tab. Acetaminophen helps with headache.
