What Causes Blood In Stool While Suffering From Anemia?

I m having severe anemia and receiving infusions while g.i. Dr. Detects cause. It s been slow process. Tiny fecal matter with lot of bloody moucous and gas. Have to drink strong stuff to even move bowels. It s gushing liquid with small pcs. Too and foul odor. Could it be e. Coli?
