What Causes Blood In Stool?

Hi,I got PR bleeding,and a history of bloating and passing fresh blood PR mixed with dark stooland this my third time,I had three times colonoscopy and endoscopy done,I am diagnosed with Diverticulosis,I was told to have fiber in my diet,I don't what to do otherwise doctors suggested I might have to have my bowels chopped up.
