This problem arised after my delivery. Before giving birth to my baby, it was all normal. I am quite worried about it. Because it is already been 6 months and still the problem is there.

Hi, i do care for your concern.
Any fissure in ano can cause blood streaked stool and pain during defecation.
i would advise
To consult an general surgeon and get examined thoroughly to rule out other causes of bleeding also.
Early intervention will revert the condition back to normal.
hope everything goes fine.
Hope I have answered your question. If you have any further questions I will be happy to help.
Thank you.
