Hi Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concern...
As per your symptoms, You have rectal bleeding. It is a very common symptom. Bleeding can be due to following reasons.

1. Hemorrhoids( piles) is most common reason. They are swollen blood vessels in the rectum or anus. They are normally painless
2.Anal fissures is 2nd common reason. It is a tear in intestine sometimes caused due to hard stool passage & is normally associated with pain while defaecation.
3.Rarely it might be colon cancer

Most common cause of hemorrhoids & fistulas is constipation, hard stool passage, excessive straining during defecation, etc. If constipation is there fibres in diet should be increased. Laxatives can also be used.

If problem persists, you should visit a Gastroenterologist. Colonoscopy should be done to rule out possibility of colon cancer.

Don't worry you would be fine
Hoping your query is solved
