1 month ago i got blood on my stool surface ... and again on my birthday after eating too much junk food i saw blood on toilet sheet than i went to dr. he gave me some mad. but today again i got some blood on stool surface something like a fine line of blood on stool ... pls suggest me what it is.. if it is something scarry
Hello dear Understand your concern. Following are the causes of blood in stools: Ulcer on duodenum Inflammatory bowel disease: ulcerative colitis or crohns disease Irritable bowel disease Celiac disease Constipation Intestinal infections.
You should consult the gastroenterologist and get the following test done: Stool test: Microscopic, routine and culture CBC, ESR USG of abdomen Endoscopy/sigmoidoscopy
After proper investigation take treatment. Keep your diet history. Avoid food that trigger blood in stools. Avoid outside food, spicy and fatty foods. Take light food Drink plenty of waters with adequate fiber
