What Causes Blood In Stool?

Recently there is blood in my stool ando in the toilet bowl, feeling of weakness sometimes. No major cramps or struggle when going to the toilet. I am a 38 yr old man 6ft 4 and 19 stone. I have a fraptures ankle from 6 yes ago and of late it is causing me a lot of pain.

I can understand your concern.
Blood in stool needs thorough investigations to find out the cause.
Common causes are piles, fissures, intestinal infection, polyps, mass etc.
So better to consult doctor and get done clinical examination of anal canal today rule out piles and fissures.
Also get done stool microscopic examination, ultrasound examination of abdomen to rule out above mentioned abdominal causes.
Treatment of each one is different.
So better to first diagnose the cause and then start appropriate treatment.
