What Causes Blood In Stool?

I AM 40 YR OLD FEMALE AND WHILE USING THE BATHROOM TO GO #2, I REALIZED I AM BLEEDING FROM MY ANUS WHENEVER I ATTEMPT TO PUSH WHETHER ITS JUST GAS OR DEFICATING, BLOOD IS COMING OUT. THIS HAS BEEN GOING ON FOR TWO DAYS. IM VERY CONCERNED AND SCARED! I AM TAKING ONLY 1 MEDICATION AT THIS TIME WHICH IS K 25 (Phentermine 37.5 mg), ALONG WITH VITAMIN B, D3, MILK THISTLE!

I understand your concern.
From your description it appears that you could be having hemorrhoids.
There is nothing to be scared of.
You need to consult Surgeon for per rectal examination to confirm the diagnosis. It can be treated on a day care procedure under local anaesthesia by means of cryosurgery.
Meanwhile, try to avoid constipation by taking soft and fibre rich diet. Improve your intake of water and fluids.
Kindly consult Surgeon at the earliest for evaluation and management.
