General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear
I understand your concern
Your symptoms could be a irritable bowel syndrome, piles, inflammatory bowel disorder, polyp in colon, ulcer in stomach, diverticulosis/diverticulitis.
I would suggests to consult the gatroenterologist and undergo endoscopy, colonoscopy, rectal examination for exact diagnosis.
Treatment will depend on the cause.
Avoid spicy food, take food like banana, rice, applesauce, curd, and toast
Drink plenty of lukewarm water, iron supplements.
Do regular exercise, avoid stress.
Hope this may help you
