What Causes Blood In Stool?

Hi. These past few days I ve been having red stools. I ve been passing them off because I ve been having red foods these past days, like enchiladas and food with tomato sauces. However today I noticed there was white blobs in my stool as well. I ve also had to have to go to a doctor in the past month for constipation and I had to go again recently for cold symptoms. Should I be worried?
