What Causes Blood In Stool?

I started having small small stools about a year ago. It was only occasionally. I had the gastric sleeve in October 2016, and since then my stools have been small and they sometimes have mucous textured blood in them. Ive never had a colonoscopy and I am 54. Does this sound like cancer or could it be something else?

Probably not..it's not cancer..but to sure you have to do colonoscopy and endoscopy and occult blood in the stool to exclude cancer at all,
