General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

Consult a gastroenterologist and get evaluated. The possibilities are small hemorrhoids or minor tear in the rectal region. As of now you can give laxative syrups to make his bowel movements smooth.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shinas Hussain, General & Family Physician
