my friend is 45 or 46 male says something is coming out when he is having a bowel movement . he took a picture, I think it looks like his intestance and I think he needs to go to hosp , hes afraid ,now he said little blood is coming out, tell me, this is very serious isn t it

Thanks for using HCM, I understand your concern and will try to give you my medical advice, for the symptoms I think that could be an hemorrhoid or some intestinal prolapse( both process improve with medical or surgery treatment) I recommend to him a medical exam that can help to determine the real cause if he delays the doctor visit could get a complication.
