What Causes Blood In The Urine And Semen?

i had sex today and alot of blood was in my sperm i forced myself downward prier to ejaculation trying not to get any on her then i also had blood in my urine but after drinking alot of water it looked normal this is the first time anything like this happend to me .

It may be due to urinary tract infection. For further assessment you may require complete hemogram, urine analysis, ultrasound abdomen after urologist consultation. You may require antibiotics after consultation.
