Hello,
Vaginal bleeding after an intercourse is very common. As you got your period, you can't be pregnant. Pain in the lower abdomen may be because of the following conditions:
1)
Pelvic inflammatory disease meaning infection and inflammation of uterus, fallopian tubes and adnexa (PID)
2)
Vaginitis either bacterial or trichomonias or candidial
3) Endometriosis
4) Ectopic pregnancy
Physical examination and few tests like blood counts, cervical or
vaginal discharge examination on saline microscopy for pus cells,
ultrasound imaging of abdomen and pelvis, ESR and CRP.
Treatment depends upon the cause and a course of antibiotics is essential for PID. Blood in urine is seen in:
1)
Urinary tract infections which is the most probable cause in your case
2) Kidney infections
3) Kidney or bladder stones
4) IgA nephropathy
Urinary tract infections are common and mostly associated with vaginal infections in sexually active females after intercourse. The following tests are essential to confirm a urinary infection:
1) Complete urine examination
2) Urine culture and sensitivity
Tab. Norflox for 3 days is advised for urinary tract infection. Please do consult a gynecologist if the pain in lower abdomen and vaginal bleeding continue.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
