What Causes Blood In Urine After Removal Of Kidney?

My daughter just inform me that she had blood in her urine, and the doctor is having her take a cat scan. She has had kidney cancer and had her kidney removed. Last July she was declare cancer free and everything was ok. Until this blood in the urine is this a sign that the cancer has return or could this be something else?

Blood in urine (heamaturia) has so many causes like - viral infection, inflammation or after any injury.
After surgical process of kidney prostate or bladder haematuria may occur.

It is better to go laboratory test and USG or CT scan again to find out exact cause.
