What Causes Blood In Urine Along With Abdominal Gurgling And Diarrhea?

Yesterday I was having pain while peeing and when I was done there was small red blood clots. Today I felt a little better, but after dinner my stomach was gurgling and I had diarrhea. When I wiped there was bright red blood mixed with the diarrhea. What s going on?
