HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

It is possible that your doctor is considering urinary stones or infection as the cause for the blood in the urine and the increased creatinine levels.
These are the urinary tract conditions in which increased intake of fluids is advised.

If an infection was present, it would normally show up on the urine analysis and ultrasound may show evidence of a stone.

If the abnormal results are due to a small stone which can pass which increased fluids then the results should return to normal after this 2 week period.

I hope this helps
