Hello and welcome to HCM,
Blood in urine can be due to urinary tract infection (UTI), injury to urinary tract as in case of stones and disorder of kidney.
Since, you are taking medication for UTI, it is an unlikely cause of blood in urine.
Stones can be present in the urinary tract, thus, I suggest you to get an ultrasound of KUB region (kidney-ureter-bladder region) to look for presence of stones.
Renal function tests (blood urea nitrogen, uric acid and creatinine) also need to be done to assess the renal functions.
Weakness and both legs can be due to UTI but other causes have also to be ruled out.
Persistance of vomiting, fever and body ache are all suggestive of UTI.
Thus, urine examination to look for presence of infection along with urine culture need to be done to isolate the cause of infection and thus plan its management.

Thanks and take care
