Hello

Blood in urine(hematuria) with pain may be due to many reasons like renal or ureteric calculus, urinary tract infection(UTI)etc.

I suggest routine investigations like routine hemogram, random blood sugar, renal functions test, urine RE/ME and ultrasound of abdomen to my patients.
Ultrasound of abdomen can exclude many possibilities. It will screen pelvis also.
Increased frequency of urine in night may be related to enlarged prostate in male patients.
Proper treatment depend upon findings.

Get well soon.
Take Care
