What Causes Blood In Urine And Abdominal Discomfort With Enlarged Prostate?

Hematuria, urinate well, turned clearer. then red blood again, then difficulties urinating, I pushed in hopes to move the urine through the bladder, suddenly received a splash of a large blood clot. lower abdomen little discomfort, then goes away. After two days of drinking cranberry juice, lots of water, this did not give any solution. Have an enlarged 3.9 prostate pressing of the urethra causing the urge to urinate. Could it be a UTI, bladder issue, kidney or prostate cancer issues?

Hi,
Thanks for posting in HCM.
I understand your concern.
after going through the symptoms, it appears that your problem could be due to Cancer of Prostate gland or Carcinoma of Urinary Bladder.
Kindly get an ultrasound abdominal scan done to look for features of enlarged prostate or growth in urinary bladder. Also test for Prostate Specific Antigen (PSA) levels in blood sample.
Kindly consult Urologist with report for appropriate evaluation and management.
Hope the information provided would be helpful.
All the best.
