What Causes Blood In Urine And Abdominal Pain On The Right Side?

Hello on Mike concerned about blood in my urine very dark looks kind of brown but you can tell that is blood and crapping on my right abdomen like electric shock very doll pain I went to the emergency room an ran some test and they said everything came I back okay. I have one kidney they said it was performing good however they said if they did not contact me everything was fine because they were going to do more testing on the blood they drew from me that was on the 8th of September I still have not received a call back I do smoke cigarettes and I have had two surgeries in the past one was a colostomy reversal from a gunshot wound I have my spleen removed and left kidney I do work out and lift heavy things I m very concerned and I feel as if the ER did not do it now or for that matter care I don t drink that much water what could be the cause of this I m just hoping it s nothing Sirius I m not ready to yeah I ll stop right there. ??
