What Causes Blood In Urine And Abdominal Pain?
What causes red blood cells in your urine? I also at times have a dull ache in my abdomen on left side of navel mainly appears when under stress. Sometimes also have lower back discomfort just above buttocks feeling kind of crampy. I am 55 and have had a partial hysterctomy 7 years ago.

Hello,
You are having iron deficiency anemia probably due to excessive menstrual bleeding.
Consult a gynecologist and plan for hysterectomy.
As of now, you can take iron supplements like iron sulphate.
You can also include more iron-rich foods like green leafy vegetables to your diet.
