What Causes Blood In Urine And Abnormal Cells On Cervix?

Hi, I am slightly worried about my vagina/cervix. I have recently been diagnosed with severe abnormal cells on my cervix. Treatment to follow next week. I keep experiencing pain during intercourse and discomfort when taking out my tampon. I have also bled after intercourse and noticed on my last period I hardly bled but after urinating and wiping myself, it seemed that s where my period was, and there was a lot of blood on the tissue after wiping. I finished my period nearly 2 weeks ago and am still finding a little spotting of blood when I wipe from urinating. My doctor did a urine test on me about 2 weeks ago and found nothing so I am just wondering what it could possibly be.
