General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,

This can be due to one or a combination of the following:
- Stone anywhere in urinary tract
- Cancer
- Chronic inflammation
- Angiodysplasia meaning problem with leaking small arteriole or vein

CT scan and pyelography, cystourethroscopy may help to get a proper diagnosis, biopsy and management in some cases. Raised lymphocytes indicates chronic infection and needs proper clinical evaluation, examination, relevant investigations to get the cause and get it treated. Take plenty of oral fluids.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. T. Chandrakant, General Surgeon
