What Causes Blood In Urine And Stomach Pain Despite Suffering From UTI?

I am having some blood in my urine, also along with stomach pains. I have also had a UTI for 2 months and the antibiotics that were issued are not helping because when I went to the dr yesterday my lab work was the same as the other 2 times. She sent my urine off for a culture but Im just nervous about what may be going on. Can someone help me?
