Hi
Blood in urine can be due to kidney disease or urine infection.
But from your notes it is unlikely that kidney is the cause.
It appears like it is from the uterus or from the neck of the cervix. You must see your obstetrician immediately to find the reason and to be treated accordingly.
Urine examination, speculum examination and ultrasound for placenta will help on the diagnosis.
If you have any further concerns I will be happy to answer.
