General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
Thanks for posting in HCM.
Bleeding during early stages of pregnancy occurs in few because of low progesterone hormone levels.
Kindly ask her to take the medication what the doctor has prescribed.
Let her not strain herself physically and take rest as much as possible.
Let her consume healthy diet and drink good quantity of fluids to keep herself well hydrated.
It is better that she might can undergo ultrasound scan after 2 to 3 weeks to know the progress.
Hope the information provided would be useful.
All the best.
