Hello and welcome to HCM,
Blood in urine can be seen after surgery for kidney stones.
However, presence of blood in urine after months of surgery is unlikely to be due to surgery.
There could be re-occurrence of kidney stone or there could be some lesion in the bladder.
I suggest you to consult your treating urologist for clinical assessment and relevant investigations.
In case there is re-occurrence of kidney stones, it will have to be removed surgically or by conservative means.
The urinary bladder may have to be examined to look for any lesion in case no stone is detected.

Thanks and take care
