What Causes Blood In Urine While On Beta Blocker For Heart Disease?

I recently (week and a half ago) was put on beta blocker bisoprolol fumarate 5mg. after a diagnosis of an enlarged heart in addition to extremely high blood pressure at the time 261/161. I already take lisinopril. BP is now well under control.
My question -I just discovered a fair amount of blood in my urine and am concerned because I once had an uncontrolled bleeding ucler which required emeregency transfusion and surgery. I am wondering if the new beta blocker I am taking could be causing a problem? Any thoughts? Thank you, Gale
