What Causes Blood In Urine While Suffering From Constipation?

Respected Sir, I got fever 99-100 F and burning micturition since last Friday.Initially I tried Paracetamol tab.But by sat night I observed my utine colour is like slight apple juice.I had constipation also from Friday.I hv taken Norflox-Tz. But complaints not subsiding.Plz help.

Thanks for posting in HCM.

Well, with complaints of fever, burning micturition and change in colour of urine indicates 'urinary tract infection'. Constipation is a different aspect that needs to be dealt with. You need to stop medication immediately as that is not the way to take an antibiotic medication without proper evaluation.

For your urinary tract infection, you need to get your urine culture and sensitivity done. Depending on the sensitivity and nature of organism causing it, you need to take antibiotic course.

For your constipation, eat fruits and high fibre diet. You can take Psyllium containing of bulk-forming laxative, which is in the form of powder and needs to be dissolved in water and consumed before bedtime.

Also drink plenty of water and juices of citrus fruits, which would help for both the conditions.
