What Causes Blood In Urine While Treating An UTI?

I have a uti and im on antibiotics. Ive also been on my period but my period due to the depo bleeds for a day or 2 then stops. Anyways when i wiped this morn there was stuff on tge toilet paper that was a light brown but tgere were traces of my period in there. Is this okay?
