General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Severe burning urination with scanty blood in urine can be due to infection of bladder/stones bladder or urethra. Still your history of the weakened mouth of uterus & gooey discharge after urination & inferior placenta, it demands exclusion of bleeding from placenta itself.

Please take bed rest. Get examined by your gynecologist with usg pelvis to exclude placental bleeding & confirm cause & source of blood. This should be followed by management with your gynecologist's advise.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
