What Causes Blood In Urine Without Painful Urination?

I m a woman. I ve been diagnosed with h pylori infection. I took medicine for it but after I ran out, I went back to the same symptoms I had before. Nausea after eating, fatigue, loss of appetite, and some dehydration. I ve been good on drinking water, but now I ve noticed that there is blood when I wipe. It s a light pink color with some red in there? Is it possible that I might have an ulcer. I have no pain when I urinate either.

hello user,you should consult your doctor for a local examination,urine microscopy test to know weather it is urinary tract infection and take a course of antibiotics.thanks.
