Hello dear
Understand your concern
Blood in urine after heavy work is common. Heavy furniture lifting can cause muscle injury and release of protein that excrete through kidney and produce bleeding.
Other causes are: UTI (Cystitis, kidney infection), Stone and any growth in the urinary tract.

But in your case it is most common due to heavy weight lifting and gym work.
I generally give following advice:
USG scan should be doe to rule out the injury and stone/growth
Urine microscopic, routine and culture to rule out the infcetion.
Give rest to your muscle, take urine alakalizer, tablet Dan-p, drink plenty of waters. Do not lift heavy weight and gym work still blood will disapper from the urine report.
Hope this may help you
Best regards
Dr. Sagar
