Hello ma'am and welcome.

Throwing up during pregnancy is common and is just a hormonal effect, and should not be anything to cause concern. But the continous retching can at times cause a tear in the upper gastrointestinal tract (GIT), and will have to be ruled out as we have noticed a mild bleed in your vomitus. I would thus recommend a visit to your doctor to rule out such conditions like Barrett's esophagus, gastritis, peptic ulcer disease, etc.

Best wishes.
