What Causes Blood Loss From Tumor After Having Blood Thinners For Cardiac Attack?

Hi,

My father is suffering from Anal Rectum cancer .Recently he had a cardiac attack due to which he has been put on blood thinners.Due to blood thinners, there is lot of blood loss from the tumour, and he has to be constantly given blood.

Need your opinion on the same.

Patients on anti-platelet drugs are prone to bleed easily and tumors usually have increased blood supply so that's the reason he bled. These drugs are required to prevent heart attacks in future.
