I have what seems to be missed heart beats. I also experience my heart going into a spasm like effect that beats rapidly for a few seconds a bit like when a muscle in your arm twitches. I have also experienced what i feel is my heart stopped and when i realise this i panic and have a tingling feeling in both arms, I may also feel like headed. I never have any pain. Should I be worried

Hello,

If you experience something wrong with heart beat then it has to be confirmed for arrhythmia and EKG is the only test that confirms it, of course your feels could be due to some anxiety but it can not be taken as granted and cardiac cause need to be ruled out, it is matter of worry and EKG is most advisable.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
