What Causes Blood Spots On The Abdomen, Joint Pain And Heavy Periods?

In the last 6 months I have developed small pin prick of blood on my abdomen which are increasing in number and have now started appearing on my thighs, breasts and upperarms. I have always been prone to colds, infections but have had a cold now for 2 months that I can't shake. Along with this I have a stiff, sore neck, knee and pains in my ankles. My hands and feet have also started reacting to small temperature changes becoming very pale and painful with the tips if my fingers going bright red. My periods have also become very heavy with break through bleeding and I have a sore tongue with a red bare patch in the middle/front. My doctor did blood tests which came back normal including thyroid, liver and kidney function. I am feeling really fed up of nit feeling right - any suggestions what this might be?
