What Causes Blood Spotting With Cramps, Back Pain And Bloated Stomach?
Hello, I was with my boyfriend the day before my menstrual started. I knew it was coming soon and it did the next day. I had a heavy cycle like I do every month, however it ended a day early. I started spotting the next day and I started feeling cramps in my abdomen area. Two days later after I started feeling the cramps I am still spotting, with cramps, slight back pain and feeling bloated. I will be getting myself checked out soon, but any idea as to what might be taking place?
You have not mentioned what contraceptive method you are using. Use of CP or CP implants often causes changes in the hormonal balance due to which you can experience spotting, irregular periods, heavy periods, cramps or discomfort. If you have used proper contraceptive method & did not have unprotected sexual intercourse then you need not worry. It can be due to stress or hormonal imbalance.
Take rest. You can take antacid or spasmol (spasmoproxyvon), one SOS when needed for relief from abdominal discomfort. However, if you had unprotected sexual intercourse or did not use proper contraception, you are suggested to get clinically examined by a gynecologist, get all required tests done. Your treatment will depend on the diagnosis made.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
