What Causes Blood Stained Vaginal Discharge And Swollen Vulva?

I m 41 years old and currently taking micronor. My period finished five days ago and since then my vulva has been sore. It feels swollen and I have burning in my vagina. The brown/blood stained discharge I usually get for one day at the end of my period has not gone away this time and has been present for the last five days. There is no odour. My doctor cannot see me for two weeks. There is absolutely no possibility of pregnancy. What could this be? I m terrified.
