What Causes Blood Streak Through My Vagina After Having Sex?

i had an infection 2 weeks ago i took antibiotics and after getting off with my vaginal infection which was chlaymidal infection i recently had intercourse with my hubby but after intercorse i got blood streaks in my vaginal discharge it wasnt copious but slight blood streaks and i always get blood streaks after intercourse in my discharge
