Dear Glenda,I had gone through your query and understood your concerns.
i am very sorry for your condition
in my opinion there might be some miss match between your treatment and Diet.
this kind of mis-matches will create lots of fluctuations in sugars.
In some conditions in which you take more than required dose of medication and take less amount of food your sugars will lead to low sugars in morning.
kindly let us know about your treatment in detail and duration of your diabetes.
so that we can assist you better.

If you have any further question fell free to write me back.I will be happy to help.
Take care.
Best Regards.
