What Causes Blood To Appear In The Stool Of An Infant?

Hi. My baby is two and half months old. She is having blood stain in stools. I was giving her nan 1 previously and then i changed to nan lo lac after doctors advice. Again i found blood stain I n stools. I also give her water added with rocky candy/rocky sugar (karkkandu in malayalam). What may be the issue. Pls help me.

I really appreciate your concern, now it is time to get done the stool routine and microscopic examination, to get done the correct diagnosis, it may not be any thing related with disease, hope this information helps.
