What Causes Blood To Come Out While Coughing?

I have some infection/hardened body in the right lung I have been treated by a doctor he says that some way back in i must have had TB which was cured but it has left .some cavity . My doctor says that it some tiime happens and there is nothing to worry.He says that the cure is only surgery which at this juncture is not necessary.Some times during the morning when I get up some blood comes along with the cough. Could you please advise me a Doctor friom whom I can take a second advice

Thanks for your query.
Coughing out of blood may be due to lesion of post TB sequelae in the lung. but one must rule out other possibilities like malignancy, active tuberculosis, aspergilloma etc.
mild one can be taken care of by symptomatic treatment like hemostatics, rest. But exceesive bleeding require interventions like bronchial artery embolisation, which is just like outdoor procedure, and lastly surgery to re-sect the bleeding segment of the lung....
