What Causes Blood While Passing Stool?

Hello, I think I may have a pile. I m unsure, it s sore when I go for a poo and when I wipe and sometimes it bleeds, tonight it was worse and it poured out with bright red blood and I think it s still bleeding SIGHTLY what s wrong? And what would you recommend.I m eighteen, 5 9-10, weight 80kg, otherwise in good health other than because my back because of two RTAS.

Well come to HCM
This may not be piles (Hemorrhoids ) but chances of fissures is very likely
Advise:
Constipation is would be the main cause of this,
Treatment:
Drink more water, have fiber diet, keep regular habit of defecation
Medication:
Policresulen ointment can be tried intra rectum
