What Causes Bloody Diarrhea Along With Lower Back Pain?

Hi, I have been having diarrhea the last week, with some blood and with some mucus like. Even when i just go to pee I am experiencing a lot of gas with this liquid as well. I have increased the amount of water I drink. I took a anti-diahrrea this morning and have been experiencing lower back pain and decrease in appetite.

It seems you have got gasteroenteritis. please check your stool for routine and culture, and CBC done to rule out bacterial infection. meanwhile you can start with T. metronidazole twice a day. along with T. zanocin twice a day. with some antacid.
have bland diet with lots of liquids. avoid eating outside.
