What Causes Bloody Discharge From Nipple?

I am 53 years old and still menstruating. I have noticed a dark bloody discharge from my right nipple (centre) when doing a self exam what can this mean? I am hypothyroid - about 5 ft 10 inches and 180 lbs

Hi,
As you have bloody discharge from nipple you have to go for complete check up of your both breasts by your gynecologist and Mammography should be done as early as possible.
